- Formed in LA in 1991, Rage Against the Machine melded heavy metal, rap, punk rock and punk with anti-authoritarian, anti-capitalist and revolutionary lyrics. Rage Against the Machine opened for U2 at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, OR in 1997 and these are photos from that show.
